Nurse Practitioner - Palliative Care

The position will be 4 10-hour shifts. The hours will be 9am-7pm. Generally, the schedule will be Tuesday through Friday, with one weekend of coverage per month.

There will be call - approximately 1 : 5 (only for hospice patients, not palliative care patients).

They will work part of their day outpatient / part of their day inpatient. (this may vary depending on scheduled OP visits and the volume of inpatient consults).
