Director Talent Management (Leadership Development)
The Director Talent Management (Leadership Development) will be responsible for overseeing all leadership development programs, including core and high-potential programs. This role will ensure the creation, implementation, and quality of these programs, with the goal of building a strong leadership pipeline and ensuring the organization has a deep bench of talent ready to assume roles of increasing scope and responsibility. The Director will lead a team and will work closely with various stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do :
- Define the vision and strategy for leadership development programs aligned with business priorities and future workforce needs.
- Oversee the design of innovative, scalable development experiences that accelerate readiness for leadership roles.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of leadership development programs, including stakeholder alignment, program design, execution, and measurement.
- Ensure effective management of vendor relationships.
- Ensure programs are integrated with succession planning and talent management strategies.
- Partner with Business HR Partners, senior leaders, and functional teams to identify skill gaps, and development needs.
- Build strong relationships across the enterprise to ensure alignment and engagement in program objectives.
- Establish clear success metrics and regularly report on program effectiveness, participant progress, and organizational impact.
- Continuously refine programs based on data, feedback, and emerging best practices.
- Develop and manage the budget for leadership development programs, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Monitor expenditures and ensure alignment with financial goals and constraints.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Lead and develop a team ensuring they have the resources and support needed to execute their responsibilities effectively.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, providing guidance and oversight as needed.
What We're Looking For :
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.Master's degree preferred.Experience :
Fifteen (15) or more years in Talent Management, Leadership Development, or Organizational Development roles.At least five (5) years of experience directly managing others.Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-level leadership or high-potential programs from vision through execution.Direct experience working with executive leaders at a Fortune 500 company.Managing vendor relationships from RFP through execution.Additional Skills Required :
Ability to translate business priorities into leadership development strategies and programs.Strong organizational skills to manage complex, multi-phase initiatives.Skilled at building relationships and gaining alignment across diverse stakeholders.Experience with leadership assessments and their application in development programs.Ability to analyze data, measure impact, and adjust strategies accordingly.Seeks new approaches and continuously enhances program effectiveness.Maintains high standards and delivers measurable outcomes.Comfortable leading through ambiguity and driving adoption of new programs.In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and their application in leadership development programs.Compensation Grade : SP20-011
Compensation Range : $155,761.00-202,490.50 USD
