Key Responsibilities

Provide data and analytical support to the Business Development team for strategic decisions

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in analytics, growth marketing, or business development

Expert level SQL skills and proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tools

Experience in digital affiliates, online consumer acquisition, or financial services

Strong understanding of lending and credit business models and strategies

Intellectual curiosity and a desire to become an expert in financial services and growth strategy
