The Opportunity

As Head of Platform Engineering, you will build the technical foundation that powers Bizee’s evolution into an AI-driven Entrepreneur Operating System. This is a strategic, transformational role responsible for modernizing our core platform moving from legacy patterns to a modular, API-first, event-driven architecture that accelerates product velocity, improves reliability, and enables a future partner ecosystem.

You will lead the engineering teams responsible for the infrastructure, services, tooling, modular components, and internal platforms that support all product squads.

This role requires a systems thinker who can balance execution with architectural vision and who knows how to scale platforms for long-term extensibility, performance, and intelligence.

• Lead the transition to a scalable, modular, API-first platform that supports rapid product development, AI-driven workflows, and partner integrations.
• Design and maintain platform services, shared components, internal APIs, and event-driven systems that enable clarity, resilience, and extensibility.
• Establish architectural standards, patterns, and guardrails that guide all product engineering teams.

Within the first year, Bizee’s core platform is moving toward a modular, API-first architecture with improved performance, clarity, and reliability. Engineering teams ship faster with better tooling, better observability, and fewer platform constraints.

Platform services are well-defined and resilient. APIs are consistent and discoverable. Developer experience is markedly improved.

Within 18 months, Bizee’s platform is ready for scale — enabling multiple product squads to build in parallel, supporting AI-driven workflows, and laying the foundation for a thriving partner ecosystem.
