The Team & Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer focused IT Support Specialist to join our team in Redwood City, CA. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support to both users in the office and remotely. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are continually driving the implementation of new technologies to bring our work environment to the future which requires a team ready to take on new challenges. • This is an in office position, so you'll be working primarily out of the office in Redwood City, CA. This location is our headquarters, it's filled with employees from all teams including senior executives. The location also is the hosting location for worldwide all hands meeting events - this role will work to support the teams hosting these events.

Our Tech Stack : MacBooks, Windows laptops, Zoom rooms, advanced AV for broadcasting events, Neat boards, Google Workspace, Slack and a variety of applications running on our employee's clients.

While we share a comprehensive hourly pay range for this position, a candidate's final hourly pay rate will fall within these guidelines and will be determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to : qualifications of the candidate, job related knowledge, prior related experience, specific and unique skills, the location of the role, internal equity and internal budget.
