The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by generating and qualifying leads. Responsible for building relationships with potential clients and helping to grow the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Generation : Research, cold calling, and networking to find potential clients.
• Prospecting : Engage with leads through calls, emails, and social media to qualify interest.
• Market Research : Analyze trends and customer needs to inform outreach efforts.
• Building Relationships : Establish rapport with prospects and communicate company value.
• Pipeline Management : Track and update leads using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Appointments / Demos : Schedule meetings or estimates for senior sales teams.
• Collaboration : Work with sales teams to transition qualified leads for follow-up.
• Product Knowledge : Maintain deep understanding of company offerings.
• Continuous Learning : Stay current with industry trends and improve sales techniques.
