VP of Operations

A company is looking for a VP of Operations to design and manage their operating system for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Define and deliver service level agreements (SLAs) while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Enhance gross margin through automation and effective resource management without compromising client experience

Develop a high-performing organization by creating role scorecards and enabling managers through training

Required Qualifications

10-15 years of experience in Operations within growth-stage services or SaaS environments, with a proven track record of scaling to ~$35M+ ARR

Experience in tuning SLAs, improving gross margins, and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Demonstrated success in partnering with Product and Technology teams for automation initiatives

Experience in M&A diligence and integration

Advanced program / project management skills, with PMP or equivalent preferred
