The Opportunity
Join our dynamic Revenue Enablement team and drive organizational excellence by empowering our sales professionals to achieve peak performance. As Revenue Training & Enablement Specialist, you\'ll design and implement transformational learning experiences that develop skilled revenue generators within our growing sales department. You\'ll own the full enablement lifecycle : from onboarding design through advanced skill development. The successful candidate combines instructional design expertise with sales acumen, a genuine passion for adult learning, and proven ability to accelerate team performance from day one.
What You\'ll Do
- Drive Performance Excellence : Design and facilitate high-impact enablement workshops, apprenticeship programs, and skill development initiatives that directly contribute to quota attainment and revenue growth
- Own the Learning Journey : Build comprehensive onboarding experiences and post-hire development programs that accelerate time-to-productivity while maintaining quality standards across global teams
- Master Consultative Training : Conduct skills assessments, role-plays, and practical exercises that identify gaps and create targeted coaching plans for revenue professionals
- Champion Continuous Improvement : Analyze training effectiveness through data-driven insights, collaborating cross-functionally to optimize programs based on business needs and learner feedback
- Cross-Functional Partnership : Serve as primary enablement contact, working with Training teams, Enablement leadership, and subject matter experts to align programs with organizational goals
Qualifications
3+ years of people management or training experience in SaaS organizations with a track record of developing high-performing sales professionalsFormer quota-carrying sales professional with coaching experience and credibility in training programsExpertise in adult learning principles and creating engaging, practical training experiences that drive behavioral changeStrong facilitation and presentation skills with ability to provide actionable coaching recommendationsData-driven approach to identifying training needs, measuring program effectiveness, and continuous improvementAbility to localize global programs while maintaining consistency with company policiesExcellent cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to influence stakeholders and align training initiatives with revenue objectivesHybrid Work : Comfortable in a collaborative, in-office environment with flexibility that hybrid work providesWhy You\'ll Love It Here
