Team Lead Position

Cognizant is a large IT consulting firm that leverages modern technologies to improve a variety of business operations. As our team continues to grow, we are currently looking to hire additional team leads. This role is on site, and all candidates must reside in the United States. Job Summary : Design, develop, and oversee training programs for autonomous driving operations, ensuring a strong focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Manage training execution, track progress, and provide actionable, data-driven insights to leadership. Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve training processes and align them with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Training Program Development

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for drivers and depot operators, tailored to meet operational needs.
  • Integrate safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and industry standards into all training materials.
  • Design engaging, interactive training modules adaptable for diverse audiences and skill levels.

Training Execution and Management

  • Lead and manage training delivery across multiple batches to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Track training progress, maintain adherence to timelines, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective program execution through rigorous planning and resource allocation.
  • Data Management and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of training-related data and generate detailed reports for leadership.
  • Present training metrics, actionable insights, and updates aligned with organizational goals.
  • Analyze training data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
  • Continuous Improvement

  • Develop strategies to enhance training delivery methods and optimize timelines while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Introduce innovative training techniques and industry best practices to improve program outcomes.
  • Evaluate feedback to refine training materials and address evolving business needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with clients to design customized training solutions that meet specific requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program alignment and success.
  • Provide consultative guidance and expert recommendations to support operational improvements.
  • Salary and other compensation :

    Applications will be accepted until July 31st, 2025. The hourly rate for this position is $85,000.00 per year, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
