Regional Human Resources Manager - Northern California and Nevada

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function for multiple corporate retail locations.
• Manage all employee relations activities and the fair and consistent application of all corporate, local, state and federal policies.
• Maintain the awareness and compliance of all current and emerging labor law activity.
• Develop recruiting and retention strategies to facilitate Crown's continued growth.
• Oversee and facilitate a variety of corporate training activities.
• Frequent travel to other Crown locations within Region in support of these responsibilities.
