Moonlight Studios is seeking its next Venue / Studio Manager! The ideal Venue Manager has an outgoing personality, industry knowledge, and strong consultative selling skills with a sincere focus on customer service. Given the nature of this role, the Venue Manager must work in close proximity to or at our studio (330 Hudson St, New York, NY), and nights and weekends will be required to help support business operations. Candidates currently holding a management role within the corporate events services, event production, hotel, or upscale hospitality environment would be a great fit for this position.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

Ideal candidates should possess knowledge of venue management and operations within the event production industry. A minimum of two (2) years of venue management or high-level agency experience is preferred.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Generate sales for Moonlight Studios
• Drive Marketing initiatives to Moonlight Studio's presence in New York
• Manage Live, Hybrid and Virtual Events and Shoots
• Maintain an onsite presence during events that will require some weekend and after-hours work
• Assist clients based on their individual usage need
• Organize all event details and communicate with necessary parties
• Create and Manage Vendor relationships
• Schedule and attend all meetings and walkthroughs for Moonlight Studios
• Build and Edit proposals and Invoices for Clients
• Manage all billing / payment terms
• Manage vendor commissions
• Maintain overall quality control over event execution to ensure client satisfaction
