Senior Director of Learning Development

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Commercial Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead new hire and ongoing training for all brands

Design and implement brand training curriculum in collaboration with senior brand leaders

Oversee onboarding and professional development of new CL&D team members

Required Qualifications

BA / BS required

15-20 years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry (10-15 years with a Master's)

3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience

5+ years of leadership experience in Commercial Learning

Experience in Oncology, Women's Health, or Urology training including curriculum design and delivery
