Position Overview : Bloom Healthcare is seeking a Learning & Education Lead to join our People & Culture team. This teammate will play a critical role in building and sustaining Bloom's culture of learning by coordinating onboarding, managing our Learning Management System (RELIAS), and supporting provider education and ongoing development. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this individual will serve as Bloom's adult learning expert, advising on best practices for engaging, effective education. They will collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to ensure all teammates and providers receive impactful, compliant, and up-to-date training that supports Bloom's high standards of excellence and innovation.

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. The pay range for this role in the state of Colorado typically falls between $90,000 - $100,000 annually with the potential for performance-based bonuses and other benefits. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and location within the state.
