We partner with clients and the community to promote recovery from mental illness and substance use treating more than 7500 adults and children each year. CMHA is looking to hire a full-time 40 hours per week Chief Financial Officer. This position will be located at 233 Main St. New Britain CT 06051 Monday-Friday 8 : 30AM - 4 : 30PM.
Compensation Range : The annual salary range for this position starts at$167500.
Compensation for each position is determined not only by years of relevant experience education and skills but also by maintaining internal pay equity. CMHA also takes into consideration our benefits and paid time off package to provide a well-rounded and competitive approach to the applicants overall compensation.
Position Summary :
Responsible for providing leadership guidance and oversight of the Financial Services Billing Management and Payroll in order to ensure the strong financial health of the organization. Ensures smooth daily financial operations of the Finance department.

CEO Board of Directors Chief Operating Officer - overall financial forecasting and budget management corporate compliance technological infrastructure for data management and facilities maintenance; Chief Human Capital Officer Employee benefits selection and management; Senior leadership agency contracting / business agreement strategic planning and public grant applications / management; Fundraising issues and private / corporate grant applications / management.
State funders and licensing bodies provider organizations and collaborating agencies for funding administrative issues and risk management.
Critical Work Relationships :
