Position Mission :

As an integral part of our intake team, the Assessing BCBA's focus is to assess and write treatment plans for incoming clients in a timely manner so that our clinical team can begin therapy.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide supervision, training, and feedback to ensure staff implement a variety of assessments with fidelity
  • When assigned, provide effective and engaging credentialed LBA supervision and oversight
  • Setting Clients and Staff Up for Success
  • Develop a partnership with caregivers and families for optimal client results
  • Collaborate with client’s treatment team to create unified, efficient, effective treatment plan
  • Facilitate appropriate clinical recommendations, duration of services and discharge plans
  • Administer the clinically appropriate assessment and develop individualized treatment plans while adhering to the intake process
  • Prioritize getting families started in our care as soon as possible
  • Create a positive, welcoming, and engaged culture in all clinics visited
  • Support the roll out of new initiatives
  • Embody and model the Core Values and embraces leadership in all interactions
  • Adhere to all Ally handbooks, policies, processes, and responsibilities
  • Adhere to Ally Scheduling Process for BCBAs by scheduling for the entirety of the client authorization
  • Convert delivered sessions (billable and nonbillable) within 24 hours of session end

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Licensed and certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Strong preference for candidates with existing licensure status in the state of Arizona.

Must be competent in administering a variety of assessments and creating treatment plans.

Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR and First Aid Certification.

Must have the ability to lift and carry clients and maintain a variety of postures including but not limited to kneeling, squatting, standing, and sitting on the floor for extended periods of time.

Candidate must also have the ability to move quickly to ensure client safety.
