Key Responsibilities

Support CRM system adoption and improve data integrity and outreach strategies

Develop and lead training for staff on systems, tools, and reporting best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

5-8 years of relevant industry experience

Strong background in foundation / corporate engagement and business development

Proven experience with CRM practices, preferably Salesforce

Market analysis expertise, ideally with foundation and corporate giving experience
