The Atlantic Oceanside Hotel is seeking an experienced cook to fill a full-time, year-round position in our Bistro restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have experience working all stations on the line in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable preparing a variety of items with a focus on quality, taste, and presentation.
Duties :
Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers.
Knows and complies with portion sizes according to recipes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen procedures. Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at stations to assure smooth service.
Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation. Handles, stores, and rotates all products properly. Assists in food prep assignments.
Closes the kitchen following proper sanitation procedures.

Pay range :
$16-$20 per hour, plus benefits
