Tasks

• Administer and maintain the organizations IT network infrastructure ensuring optimal performance and reliability across all sites.
• Coordinate with the IT team and external service providers to implement network upgrades and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Monitor network performance using WebTrax and TechTrax portals analyzing data to proactively address potential problems.
• Manage security protocols and firewall configurations to protect against unauthorized access and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations processes and procedures to support efficient project management and asset tracking.
