Regional Safety Manager

Position Overview

GrayMar Environmental Services, LLC is seeking a Regional Safety Manager (RSM) to monitor, audit, report, and enhance safe practices within our facilities and project sites across FL, AL, TX, & NM. The RSM will provide training for operational personnel and essential clients in these regions. Residency in the area is required due to travel between offices and work sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the Health & Safety teams and model GrayMar values.
• Ensure employees are prepared and educated in safe work practices.
• Develop, coach, train, and promote employees with ongoing feedback and motivation.
• Monitor the remediation / removal of biological, physical, or chemical hazards from worksites and office locations.
• Provide effective safety training for employees on policies, regulations, and procedures and practices.
• Advise response teams and management on safety issues and compliance in specific projects and operations.
• Inspect and verify company compliance with relevant safety regulations, especially client?required and state regulations.
• Maintain accurate and current records and documentation in accordance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other guidelines.
• Analyze incident reports, metrics, and injury case studies to introduce changes that lead to a safer environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
