POSITION TITLE : Health / Nutrition Coordinator
DEPARTMENT : Early Care and Education
FLSA STATUS : Exempt
REPORTS TO : Director of Education
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
The purpose of this position is to support the Agency’s needs by providing Health and Nutritional services to families and children of Early Care and Education. Provide training to parents and staff when needed, assist with various tasks and maintain reporting on all services provided to children.

ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS
MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Education : Bachelor's degree in Public Health / Community Health, Nursing, Nutrition or a related field required.
Minimum Years of Experience : Work experience in Early Care and Education preferred.
Demonstrated Skills : Database and Microsoft Office competency required.
Driving Requirement : YES Agency Vehicle : NO Employee’s Own Vehicle : YES
Active driver license in good standing required upon hire and throughout employment. Some use of personal vehicle required.
Physical and TB Required : YES – Physical required upon hire and every 2 years. TB required upon hire.
ADA COMPLIANCE
Physical Ability : Tasks involve sedentary to light work, involving some reaching, handling, fingering and / or feeling of objects and materials.
Sensory Requirements : Some tasks require visual perception and discrimination. Some tasks require oral communications ability.
Environmental Factors : Tasks are regularly performed without exposure to adverse environmental conditions, such as dirt, dust, pollen, odors, wetness, humidity, rain, fumes, temperature and noise extremes, machinery, vibrations, electric currents, traffic hazards, animals / wildlife, toxic / poisonous agents, violence, disease, or pathogenic substances.
