The Role at a Glance
Step into a leadership position that orchestrates site-level planning and connects daily execution to business objectives. As the Production Planning lead for the site, you will steer SIOP and MPS processes, sequence production, optimize inventory, and guide a high-performing team through cross-functional collaboration.
A Day in the Life
- Morning : Review demand, capacity, and material availability to adjust the master production schedule and align with SIOP updates.
- Midday : Partner with Operations, Procurement, and Quality to balance constraints, finalize daily / weekly production plans, and confirm material readiness.
- Afternoon : Track schedule adherence and key performance indicators, launch corrective actions, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- End of day : Coach planners, document process improvements, and prepare reports that connect planning outcomes to business goals—always with safety and compliance in view.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline3–6 years of experience in production planning or supply chainHands-on experience with SIOP, MPS, and ERP systemsDemonstrated planning and performance management capabilityPreferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or BusinessLeadership experience within a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of lean practices and change managementAdvanced skills in data analysis and reportingAdditional Proficiencies
