Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Baltimore, MD that is seeking a Financial Analyst.Responsibilities :

• Financial Modeling & Forecasting : Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and scenario analysis
• Budgeting & Planning : Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Reporting & Analysis : Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and insights into key drivers of business performance
• Business Partnering : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, marketing, etc.) to gather data, validate assumptions, and evaluate financial impact of business initiatives
• Data Management : Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Performance Metrics : Track and report KPIs, providing recommendations to improve financial outcomes and operational efficiency
• Market & Competitive Research : Conduct industry and competitor analysis to support strategic planning and investment decisions
• Ad-hoc Analysis : Provide analytical support for special projects, including pricing analysis, investment evaluations, and cost-benefit assessments

Skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical / dental / vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
