Job Summary

The Licensing Approvals Specialist functions as the conduit between the Licensor, select Licensees and various Asmodee Studios. They are responsible for reviewing and processing the product and marketing submissions from the Licensees as well as the Asmodee Studios through Licensor's product approval system, working closely with the Sr. Licensing Category Manager and the Project Manager to ensure that the products meet the Licensor's business and contractual requirements. This position requires a strong knowledge of the Licensor's IPs and requires attention to detail as well as clear and concise communication skills.

What Will Your Role Involve

• Work with a designated Licensor, select Licensees and the various Asmodee Studios on product and marketing submissions and approvals.
• Use knowledge of the Licensor IPs and their processes, the Licensees' as well as Asmodee Studio's products and development timelines, to help facilitate the timely product, packaging, and marketing approvals amongst the various parties.
• Accurately submit product and marketing related materials into the Licensor's preferred approval system and track the progress.
• Communicate with the Licensor's product development and marketing teams as needed, to help mitigate delays in the approval process.
• Promptly communicate Licensor's feedback to the Licensees and / or Asmodee Studio's development, production & marketing teams.
• Clarify and fortify Licensor's feedback on the submitted product and / or marketing, providing context and specifics to assist the Licensees and the intercompany teams in adhering to Licensor's specific requests.
• Maintain current and proper knowledge of the Licensor practices and processes.
• Collect and properly disseminate information to internal and / or external partners within the confines of confidentiality.
• Participate in meetings with the Licensor, Licensees and Asmodee Studios as needed.
• Maintain a physical product library of key licensed products and continuously update the library of licensed digital assets.
• Handle the coordination, shipping, and receiving of all product sample requests.

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, market conditions and specific work location. Base Salary Range : $65,000-$70,000.
