Role Overview

We're seeking a Jr. Outside Sales Account Manager to join our client's growing team. This role focuses on both account management (60%) and new business development (40%) . The ideal candidate will nurture relationships with key accounts while identifying new opportunities in the Houston and Louisiana Gulf markets.

You'll work closely with the Senior Sales Manager, conduct in-person sales presentations, and provide responsive customer support to ensure long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while prospecting for new business.
• Conduct product presentations and site visits within the assigned territory.
• Support the Senior Sales Manager with sales initiatives and project coordination.
• Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up communication.
• Track and exceed sales targets through proactive account engagement.
