Clinton Learning Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will grow our business with new and existing customers within the states of New Jersey and Delaware.

The primary focus of our Regional Sales Manager is to drive positive results for Clinton Learning and its manufacturing partners through three critical areas : growing already established customers, developing new business opportunities, and managing new and existing customer relationships.

Clinton Learning is a full-service reseller of interactive educational technologies for more than a dozen manufacturers that provide hardware and software to the P-20 education sector.

This is a fully remote position; candidates must reside in New Jersey or South-Eastern Pennsylvania. Established in 2006, Clinton Learning has worked with thousands of schools and teachers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and is focused on growing our footprint for many years to come.

What You'll Be Doing :

Growing Established Customer Base

  • Proactively calls and engages with established customers to grow sales for assigned accounts
  • Rebuilds underpenetrated and neglected customer relationships
  • Develop sales strategies for products that established customers currently do not use
  • Partner with other Clinton Learning manufacturing partners to significantly grow under-penetrated accounts within their region

Developing New Business

  • Identify potential sales opportunities in schools, districts, and other educational settings within assigned sales territory
  • Proactively calls and engages potential new customers to grow sales for assigned accounts
  • Onboards new customers
  • Focuses on growing and developing new business by starting at the end customer and working the opportunities back through our manufacturing partners

Manage Customer Relationships

  • Conduct outside sales meetings with customers, manufacturing partners, and Clinton Learning team members
  • Position Clinton Learnings Services offerings
  • Support professional development needs
  • Advise technical support needs

What We're Looking For

Must Have

  • 4-year degree
  • Minimum of 2+ years of customer-facing direct sales roles
  • Experience with Google Workspace
  • Self-starter, gritty, and coachable
  • Team oriented
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Able to pass a background check

Like to Have

  • Experience selling in the Education market
  • Experience selling as a channel partner
  • Experience in a remote work environment
  • Strong work ethic and proven track record in sales

This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in New Jersey or South-Eastern Pennsylvania.
