Key Responsibilities
Prepare, distribute & track subcontract agreements, change orders, submittals & RFIs.
Ensure subcontractor compliance paperwork is up to date.
Maintain accurate project logs including RFI and Submittal logs.
Host project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes.
Ensure distribution of all construction documents to all teams.
Schedule inspections, deliveries, utility connections, and owner / vendor items.
Coordinate with AHJs to obtain permits, inspections, and project close outs.
Assist with budget preparation, budget tracking and billing.
Qualifications
35 years of experience in a project coordination or construction administration role
Ability to think analytically and solve problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual : Fluent in English and Spanish
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Self-motivated, dependable, have a positive disposition
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Familiarity with permitting processes in city and county jurisdictions
Work well under pressure in a fast paced-construction environment
