Job descriptionFirst Shift : Second Shift (Flexible schedules + $5 shift differential) Five 8-Hour Shifts Full medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid short and long-term disability and life insurance 401K with 4% company match 15 days of paid time off in your first year Access to factory-certified remote and on-site training opportunities Apply Now At least 2 years of diesel technician experience is required Current, valid driver's license Ability to lift 50 - 100 lbs. and work in physically demanding positions (bending, kneeling, standing for long periods). Technical / trade school certificate, dealership experience, CDL, and DOT health card are a plus

Advantage Truck Group (ATG), the largest DTNA dealer group in New England, is immediately hiring diesel technicians with 2 or more years of experience for 1st and 2nd shifts.
Diesel Technician Pay and More :
- $10,000 starting bonus ($5,000 with first paycheck, $5,000 at 90 days)
- $22 - $46 / hour (based on experience)
- Monthly performance bonuses
- Overtime at time and a half
- Annual Tool & Safety Shoe Allowance
Diesel Mechanic Work Schedules :
8-hour shift (6 : 30 am - 3 : 00 pm)
Four 10-Hour Shifts
2 : 00 pm - 12 : 30 am
3 : 00 pm - 11 : 30 pm
