Senior Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Specialist

As a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will help cultivate and maintain a lean culture using various continuous improvement tools to achieve world class manufacturing performance. Due to government regulation only US persons (U.S. citizen, U.S. naturalized citizen, U.S. permanent resident, holder of U.S. approved political asylee or refugee status) may be considered for this role.

Minimum / Preferred Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, statistics or a related field.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Management, Process Improvement.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in process improvement.
• Proficiency in data analysis software and tools.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Aerospace repair and / or manufacturing experience a plus.
