Practice Highlights

Provider s choice of shifts : 7 : 00 am 3 : 00 pm, 7 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm, or 7 : 00 am 7 : 00 pm

Call rotation : 1 : 6 with post-call day off (optional but preferred)

Call stipends & shift differentials available

Surgical cases : Bread & butter anesthesia, including OB, Bariatric, Vascular, and Urology

No hearts, trauma, or neuro cases

EMR : Epic

Accepting new graduate candidates

Not accepting locums candidates

Open to H-1B visa candidates (no J-1 waivers)

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA by start date) REQUIRED

Active NY License (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED

Clean background preferred

Must complete credentialing process ( credentialing fees not reimbursed )

Schedule & Coverage

Flexible shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) available

Call rotation of 1 : 6 with post-call day off

Credentialing timeframe dependent on license status

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation based on years of licensure :

0 4 years : $210,080 (1880 hours) / $232,419 (2080 hours)

5+ years : $230,880 (1880 hours) / $255,424 (2080 hours)

Bonus Structure : $25k at start

$50k at 6 months

$25k at Year 2

$10k Quality Incentive starting Year 3

Relocation allowance available (reimbursement-based, amount depends on distance)
