What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and observing for any unusual conditions.

Monitor access points, identify potential security-related concerns, and report observations to the appropriate personnel.

Support the overall security-related operations of the aerospace and defense location by maintaining awareness of surroundings and following assigned protocols.

Document daily activities, incidents, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements :

Applicants must have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience.

Proof of a high school diploma or General Education Diploma is required by the client.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
