Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Dental Assistant to join a friendly and patient-focused dental team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to creating a positive dental experience for young patients and their families. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments for pediatric dental procedures.
• Educate children and parents about oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
• Take and process dental radiographs as directed by the dentist.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records and assist with scheduling as needed.
• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during treatments while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Manage dental supply inventory and maintain operatory cleanliness and readiness.
• Follow OSHA, infection control, and safety compliance protocols.
• Provide reassurance and emotional support to pediatric patients before, during, and after treatment.
