Hospital Collections Representative

A company is looking for a Hospital Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Process payments, adjustments, claims, and correspondence accurately and timely

Coordinate with staff and reconcile account balances and payments

Respond to calls and provide customer service to patients and providers

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED

Must be 18 years of age or older

1+ years of hospital collections experience

1+ years of experience with appeals and denied claims

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
