Dental Assistant

We are looking for stellar dental assistants You must have at least 3 years of experience and be licensed in Texas. The purpose of our group is to help people by improving their lives with better oral health and more confident smiles.

We are a fee for service practice, we are not corporate, we are not a dental mill herding patients in and out.

Qualifications Needed :

• Ability to proficiently assist on prepping and seating crowns and veneers including packing cord.
• Experience with Invisalign, checking aligner fit, and placing attachments
• Able to make aesthetic well fitting temporaries including 6 to 8 anterior teeth
• Proficient with the Itero Scanner
• Proficient with placing gingival barrier for office whitening

Compensation :

up to $27 hourly to start depending on skills.

Responsibilities :

• Must be able to fabricate aesthetic well-fitting temporaries
• Must be familiar with Invisalign including taking records, placing attachments, and scanning
• Must be skilled in basic assisting such as but not limited to suctioning, packing cord, accurate notes, and explaining treatment to patients
• Must pass a reference check

Qualifications :

• State licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, customer service, organization, and excellent communication skills are preferred
• Computer skills and experience with dental software and updating patient histories is needed
• Active BLS / CPR certification is required
• 3 years of dental assisting experience as a registered dental assistant or certified dental assistant
