Your Role : Electrical Engineer

Based in our Spindale, NC home office, the Electrical Engineer will play a key role in supporting commercial and industrial construction projects. You will contribute to electrical system design, engineering support, and the overall performance and productivity of field installations.

Key Responsibilities

Read, interpret, and apply construction documents, drawings, and schematics

Develop detailed designs and technical specifications for electrical systems

Identify and recommend engineered solutions to field challenges

Contribute to project planning, layout, and installation strategies

Support the implementation of prefabrication techniques for efficiency

Collaborate with field teams to improve installation productivity

Utilize tools such as AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, Microsoft Projects, Excel, Bluebeam,Procore, and / or ConEst

Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and alignment with project goals

Work as part of a collaborative engineering and construction team

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (required)

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in electrical engineering for commercial and / or industrialconstruction projects

Background in project engineering, estimating, pre-fabrication, or project controls

Proficiency with AutoCAD, BIM / Revit, Procore, or similar tools

Strong organizational and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams
