Requirements
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer support role Phone support- not retail, restaurant, etc.
2. Experience using helpdesk support tools We do not know which tools, basic technical background and tools.
3. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products -Must be strong here
4. Experience handling multiple tasks
5. Ability to listen / read, analyze, and interpret customer feedback and relay clear, concise, and helpful information
6. Possess strong and intuitive technological skills
7. Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills as demonstrated by their work history, references, and education.
Job will be on site in Sacramento, specifically in Natomas
8-5 Monday- Friday
