Florida Licensed Mortgage Processor

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor with experience in loan processing.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage a pipeline of 40-60+ loans daily and weekly

Process loans from application through closing, including document collection and review

Communicate loan requirements and status updates with all parties involved

Required Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years of recent mortgage loan processing experience

Experience in a processing role within the past 12 months

Solid knowledge of processing, underwriting, and closing procedures

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort in a fully paperless system

NMLS-MLO license preferred or willingness to obtain
