Base pay range

$120,950.00 / yr - $212,175.00 / yr

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to uncover customer and business needs
• Translate complex ideas into understandable concepts and solutions that evolve and enhance the product experience
• Manage through shifting priorities to provide clear direction and input on product prioritization and support early product definition
• Advocate for the customer through human-centered design methods, including discovery, research, and user testing
• Facilitate and participate in workshops with internal and external stakeholders to align with business needs
• Drive end-to-end product design process by framing problems, developing insights, and designing new methodologies / practices to serve customer needs
• Create process and user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and user interface specifications
• Deliver design assets for acceptance, development, and delivery to market in partnership with engineering
• Teach, mentor, and guide designers
