Job descriptionProvide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment within the residential community. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the well-being of the location. Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to observe and report any irregularities or security-related concerns. Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and property management to address security-related needs and maintain a visible presence throughout the location. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Security Professional Residential Site - Full Time
As a Security Professional Residential Site Full Time in Tustin, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more.
As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will monitor entrances and exits, conduct regular patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your role includes providing outstanding customer service and clear communication to residents and visitors. By upholding Allied Universal's values of reliability, agility, and teamwork, you will contribute to a welcoming and secure environment while putting people first and always acting with integrity.

What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
