Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Tax Preparer

Location : San Rafael, CA

Work Schedule : Full-Time | In-Office

We are a well-established CPA firm in Central Marin seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper and Tax Preparer to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting multiple external clients with a variety of bookkeeping and tax services. Were looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, confident, and ready to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities :

• Full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable / receivable, bank deposits, and account reconciliations
• Monthly and year-end closing, including journal entries
• Prepare and maintain vendor files and disbursement records
• Prepare financial statements for client review
• Tax preparation for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
• Work with CPA firm management on ad-hoc tasks and special projects
