Position Overview

The Director role at Palm Tree is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing client engagements, managing teams, and providing strategic direction. Directors play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality financial and operational insights, guiding clients through complex challenges, and driving the firm's growth. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement

• Lead and oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring the delivery of actionable solutions across financial, operational, and transactional challenges.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients, including private equity firms and C-level executives, on financial transformations, growth strategies, and operational improvements.
• Develop and implement financial processes, reporting structures, and business strategies for clients experiencing growth or transition.
• Deliver high-impact client deliverables, such as Quality of Earnings reports, financial models, and board-level presentations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering trust and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

Education / Credentials : Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related fields is required. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) and certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are highly preferred but not required.
