Employment Horizons Enterprises is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. This role involves performing a wide range of cleaning duties, including but not limited to cleaning floors, windows, tables, chairs, restrooms, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Schedule : Part-time positions are available.

Location : Employment Horizons Enterprises cleans a handful of buildings in Morris County.

Key responsibilities include :

• Cleaning and maintaining floors, windows, tables, chairs, restrooms, and equipment.
• Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste following safety protocols.
• Ensuring all areas are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Following established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Maintaining an organized work area.

Required qualifications :

Physical demands and work environment :

The work environment is indoors and outdoors, with exposure to cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures depending on the area. The position involves frequent movement, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Required to talk or hear in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Cleaners must be able to work independently, maintain attention to detail, and follow established cleaning procedures in a timely manner. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is generally low to moderate; however, there are occasional loud sounds.
