Job Description

A successful cleaning company in Long Island is looking for a Floor Care Cleaner / Supervisor to work within the tri-state area. Must be bilingual (English / Spanish) and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily cleaning and special projects as scheduled.
• Deliver deep cleaning of commercial buildings / facilities.
• Report deficiencies or safety hazards to management and clients.
• Take before and after photos and submit daily reports to the regional team.
• Perform construction clean-ups, carpet extractions, strip and wax, buffer floors, pressure washing, window cleaning, hi-low dusting, and general office cleaning.
• Train and recruit cleaning staff.
• Report work hours to payroll.
