Chapman Ford Pro Elite, Chapman's fast growing commercial vehicle dealer in Scottsdale, is looking for an experienced Fleet Service Advisor to join our team! The Fleet Service Advisor serves as the liaison between clients and technicians in the Service Department, educating clients on the fleet service process and technician recommendations. As a key contributor to the client experience, successful candidates must be collaborative, excellent communicators, and knowledgeable about fleet service processes.

Hours and Work Environment : The Service Department is open Monday – Friday 7am to 6pm and Saturdays 7am to 2pm. Candidates should be available to work flexible hours on weekdays and rotating Saturdays. The Fleet Service Advisor primarily works in an office environment within the Service Department.
