Job Description

Job Title : Physical Therapist

Job Specialty : Therapy

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day - 5x8 - 09 : 00 AM - 05 : 00 PM, including every 4th weekend

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week

Experience : 1-2 years, preferably inpatient experience (IRF / Acute Care / SNF)

License : Licensed Physical Therapist

Certifications : N / A

Must-Have : Experience in acute rehab setting

Job Description :

• Provide physical therapy services in a rehab division with 20 beds.
• Work schedule is Monday-Friday, with day shifts of 8 hours each.
• Float to med surg / acute care as needed.
• Utilize Cerner for electronic medical records.
• Wear light gray scrubs according to dress code.
• Participate in orientation as required.
• Engage in patient rehabilitation and care management.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to facility protocols and maintain professional standards.
