As the Facilities Engineer, you'll :
- Manage capital projects, budgets, and equipment installations / optimizations
- Design and implement facility improvements, collaborating with diverse teams
- Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance programs, ensuring equipment and facility reliability.
- Champion environmental and regulatory compliance, managing programs and reports.
- Research and propose cutting-edge technologies for facility optimization.
We're looking for someone with :
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility and equipment maintenance.
- Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in CMMS, BAS & AutoCAD
