Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing to placement and contractor support

Build relationships with candidates and hiring teams to ensure successful matches

Proactively source talent using various methods and conduct technical interviews

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably for technical roles

Successful track record of managing multiple high-volume requisitions

Experience using an ATS or CRM, with Bullhorn preferred

Highly organized and detail-oriented
