This isn’t a “support” role. This is a high-ownership position working hand-in-hand with leadership to build the engine that powers our growth. You’ll have full visibility across the company, influence every deal cycle, and learn directly from top-performing founders and executives.

What You'll Do
- Own RevOps end-to-end : design, build, and optimize enterprise sales processes from lead to close.
- Command HubSpot : automate workflows, manage data integrity, track performance, and enforce process discipline.
- Drive accountability : hold AEs and SDRs to their metrics; use data to coach, challenge, and push for excellence.
- Proactively identify inefficiencies : analyze the funnel to surface bottlenecks and deploy fixes fast.
- Partner with leadership : collaborate daily with the VP of Sales, CFO, and CEO; provide the insights that shape board-level decisions.
- Incentivize performance : create and manage comp plans that motivate, reward, and scale with our growth.
- Build systems that scale : everything you create should help us move from $10M → $50M → $100M in ARR.
What You'll Bring
3–6 years of experience in Sales Ops / RevOps / BizOps (enterprise SaaS or GovTech preferred).Deep HubSpot knowledge — workflows, reporting, automation, and data management.Ability to command respect from sales reps and leadership alike.Analytical horsepower — you love data, dashboards, and finding the signal in the noise.Experience designing comp plans and incentive models .A bias toward speed, ownership, and accountability — you make things happen.Entrepreneurial DNA — you want to learn, build, and eventually start something of your own.Why You'll Love It Here
