A company is looking for a Clinical Intake Manager / Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing team of Admissions / Intake Coordinators managing client inquiries

Own intake KPIs and drive conversion and sales performance through optimized workflows

Recruit, train, and coach team members while developing SOPs and performance reports

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience leading an Intake, Admissions, or Inside Sales team in healthcare

Proven track record of improving conversion and response-time KPIs

Experience in sales operations or high-volume client engagement environments

Strong data literacy and CRM reporting experience

Familiarity with HIPAA and patient privacy standards
