Job Description :

As a clinical care professional, you will provide high-quality patient care in various clinical areas. You will work under general supervision, performing professional-level duties such as administering medications, developing and implementing individualized patient plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring safe and effective treatment.

Develop and implement individualized patient plans, considering factors such as medical history, allergies, and current health status.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and address complex health issues.

Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited program in nursing.

Current RN license in the State of Texas.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of hire.

Additional certifications may be required depending on the specific unit or department.
