Job descriptionSet technical vision, define architectural direction, and uphold engineering best practices. Lead the development of scalable, reliable software across backend and frontend systems. Mentor and coach engineers; foster career growth and strong team dynamics. Translate product requirements into technical plans in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. Drive adoption of cloud services (AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, etc.) and AI-powered capabilities. Oversee code quality, testing, observability, and CI / CD implementation. Collaborate with near-shore consultants to ensure technical alignment and code standards. 8-10+ years in software development with 2-4 years in technical leadership or people management. Proven full-stack experience with TypeScript / Node.js and React. Strong cloud architecture experience, particularly with AWS serverless technologies. Deep knowledge of API design, service communication, authentication, and event-driven systems. Excellent communication skills and a track record of cross-functional collaboration. Bonus : Experience building or scaling teams, AI / ML integration, GraphQL, gRPC, or leading modern platform migrations.

This role blends technical leadership and people management. You'll drive architectural direction, mentor engineers, and partner closely with Product, QA, and executive stakeholders.
